I’ve become a huge fan of Quinoa. It’s very versatile & can be used to substitute for rice, pastas, chips, etc. I especially love it cooked with taco meat and served with the veggies like a taco salad without the chips/shells/burritos, etc.

I know some couples who never take time alone together, and it’s hard on their marriage. My husband and I try to take a weekend away once a year just to be able to think of ourselves as lovers rather than parents. Date nights are also important to stay connected.
