In Memory of Stacy Simmons

I just found out that a dear sister in Christ and fellow author, Stacy T. Simmons, died after complications from a surgery she had last week. This was so unexpected. Stacy was a sweet, sweet godly woman, an amazing writer, and so genuine.

We were praying her through your surgery, and it seemed all was well and that recovery was imminent.

Stacy was back to encouraging fellow writers, sharing posts, and was super excited about her new book. She was a guest on my blog just this past week for her latest release Christmas at the Cotswolds.

She is with Jesus now, and someday we will see her again. But my heart breaks for her family. Please uphold them in prayer.

  1. Hi Penny, I didn’t realize she had passed away. Such a beautiful person. I just purchased Book 2 of Keeping Christmas and will think of her when I read her story. So sudden.  We never know when our time is up. I’m pleased that she is with the Lord.  So many seem to pass without knowing HIM. So sad. Prayers for her family and author friends as they mourn her loss. Have a blessed week.Julie

    1. Hi Julie, she was such a beautiful person and it was so sudden. Thank you for purchasing her book. She was so excited about its release. It still seems hard to believe. I agree, so many do pass without knowing Him and my heart is burdened for the lost. Thank you for praying for her family and being such an encouragement to fellow authors.
