Happy Mother’s Day to all you moms!
One of my mom’s favorite sayings as my siblings and I were growing up was “just be your sweet self.” It’s one of those classic sayings that I find myself saying to my own kids.
I reached out to social media friends and asked them to weigh in on one of their mom’s favorite sayings in  honor of Mother’s Day. It could be humorous or serious, and it could be one that they themselves have carried on the tradition by saying it to their own children.
Some are common, some are rather unique, and some weighed in with more than one answer.
Here are their answers starting with the first two that most of us moms have probably uttered a time or two:

Wait til your dad gets home. ~ Tammy
